SHIPPING

• All items will be posted within 24hrs of order, personalised orders will take 2-4 days before posting. All orders are shipped from Melbourne.
• Items are sent via Australia post at a flat rate - $10.95/Express post - $18. Standard shipping 3-10 business days/Express post 1-3 business days.
• Tracking information is emailed once your items have been shipped.
• Bridal Pockets highly recommend adding a signature in the case of an incorrect address or theft.
• During Sale periods, turnaround time on orders may increase.
• Delivery times are an estimation only. In the event that a parcel is delayed but still delivered we won’t accept refunds on these orders. 
• If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address on parcel, the item will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
• The company takes no responsibility if items are not received when stated as delivered.
• We are not a warehouse open to public, we do not accept local pick-ups

Please note there are delays due to current lockdown situations in our state of Victoria which can lead to delays through Australia Post sorting facility.  The same applies for NSW customers.  This affects both standard shipping and express post orders.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping on request.
• We are based in Melbourne Australia.
• Please get in contact with us to quote your shipping costs.
• Some orders may incur a custom or import duty tax.  These charges are based according to your country’s regulations and compliance.

RETURNS

• We unfortunately cannot issue refunds or exchanges on personalised items.
• Please double check your colours and personalisation is spelled correctly as we do not refund for customer error.
• If you have made an error, please contact us immediately to resolve this issue before customisation has begun.
• You will be emailed an order confirmation with personalisation and address details. 
• If your item is faulty, please email us at  info@bridalpocketsandco.com.au including a picture of the faulty item and order number.
• To receive a refund, the item must be returned in original condition within 14 days after receiving item.
• Refund will only be issued once we receive the item in original condition and packaging.
• Customers are liable for return costs.
• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• Please note: if refunds are processed on orders processed through Paypal or credit card, there will be a 4% charge of refund amount as Paypal and credit card providers no longer refund the fee charged for using their service.
